First, let’s make it clear. There are many more expensive studio headphones around but this review is about finding the best Studio Headphones regarding price and value. After having used a ton of different headphones during the last few years many of them do the job well but are either very expensive or lack to provide a clear and more or less flat sound. I bought the Peluso VTB to test it against the Sony C800 G. I have read a couple articles and saw a couple reviews on it. To me it sounded extremely good for the price. Keep in mind the Sony C800 G is around 7 times more expensive than the Peluso VTB. So I gave it a try.

This microphone just blew my mind. When I first heard about it 10 years ago it seemed like an over-hyped piece of equipment. Everybody was talking about it and that Dr. Dre and Mariah Carey and other famous artists back in the days were using the Sony C800 G.
